My Unbelievable Husband

As most of you know, Ramon has had some recent health issues which has not only set him back physically, but as a result he missed an entire week of school. For Ramon, this might as well have been the entire semester. Because of his Pre-Med/Biology major and the fact that he is entering his last year, his schedule has become very tedious and demanding. His professors expect more from him and being in the honors program he even takes on special honors projects on top of everything else. After missing this week while in the hospital, he has been non-stop studying. He spent 20 hours over the weekend studying for an important Human Physiology exam. Literally, 10 hours on both Friday & Saturday in the school's honors lounge. After taking the exam today, he said he thinks he aced it. I am just so proud of him. After enduring a week in the hospital, not including going back for weekly blood work and other appointments all while giving himself shots twice a day, he still manages to pick himself back up and catch himself up in school (pulling off A's at that), and still has made time for his family. The Lord has blessed us so much during this trying time and I am just so thankful that I have such a strong husband who despite the circumstances, still manages to keep his head up and keep going. I always tell him I don't know how he does it and I am so grateful for his hard work and sacrifice for our family. We love you so much, sweetheart!
