Tia & Tio

With Ramon's family being Spanish, he has always referred to his grandparents as "Tata & Abuelita" and his Aunts & Uncles as "Tia & Tio". Now Chanel & Dan are the new "Tia & Tio" to Chase & Landon. I think it is so cute because it teaches our kids growing up a little bit about their Dad's family and culture. Anyway, Tia Chanel & Tio Dan got to spend a few days with us last week and celebrate the new year! We always love being with them and if you saw my previous post of our trip to Utah for Christmas last year (see January 2008), you will see we always have a blast together! Chanel is expecting their first child June 5th and we are so excited for them. We didn't get the usual 800 pictures with them during the visit but we managed to get some. Chase sure was sad when they left. He cried when Ramon left to take them to the airport.
